Can I submit files in Photoshop? Or there any other options available?
Yes, however there are certain checklists that you must watch out for:
     One: Is to make sure all layers are flattened.
     Two: To avoid any missing fonts it is best to rasterized fonts.

How many books can I order at one time?
You can order just one copy or thousands from the same file.

Can I order a book by sending single digital images or film to you?
Yes, we will sort out these individual images into a proper layout.

Do you provide color correction and retouching services?
We do not retouch or color correct any of the files provided. It is your responsibility to make any corrections ahead of time.

Can I place more than one book order at the same time?
Yes. You can submit several files for multiple printing jobs at the
same time.

Can you provide a discount on additional copies of previously submitted files?
Discount on additional copies are available, please contact our office for enquiry

How long does it take to print a book?
We are processing orders within 2-3 days of receipt of files. From file processing to a finished book, it will take us 2-3 weeks, based upon client approval.

Can you provide a printed proof before the book is bound?
Proofs are available to view, once printed we will provide a printed proof, thus the job will proceed upon approval.

What type of printing press is used at KISAH?
KISAH book are printed on digital on demand printing press.

What is the print quality of a digital on demand press?
Digital on Demand printing produces color and texture like an offset press.

What type of paper is used at KISAH?
KISAH uses archival quality, gloss/matt coated paper that are approximately 150-300 grams in weight. Several other fancy papers are also available on option.

What about discoloration and color fading?
We use special inks that outlast the life of widely used press inks. A laminated coating on the paper is also applied increasing durability and quality. Expect your book to last at least as long as any standard high-quality printed book.

How can I see a sample of KISAH book?
Samples of KISAH books are available to browse at KISAH head office and its sales distribution partners. You may purchase a sample book as a collection, and we also have a limited number of samples that we can loan to photographers for short-term viewing. If you are interested in requesting any of these, or to find out about upcoming events, please contact us.

What kind of binding available at KISAH?
We provide several options of binding, however, our signature binding are hand-stitched bound and adhered to the spine of the book. There is minimal image loss in the gutter with this type of binding

What is the maximum size for KISAH book?
  • Our maximum size is 40cm x 30cm, within this size range we could customized
  • The book size of your choice. Popular sizes for KISAH book are 30cm x 30cm, 25 cm x 35cm,
    25 cm x 25cm, 20cm x 20cm and 15cm x 15cm.
